users should be able to create posts.

the post button, when clicked, should open a compose box within which posts may be written and published.
future issues will address editing and deleting posts.

the compose box is built, with the ability to add content warnings and change post visibility (e74b088e37). might be fine to close this issue and handle media/poll functionality with future issues?
